Celebrating the Majesty of Sharks.

Funny story about Emma. A few years (trips) ago I was diving with Jim
and a group at Tiger Beach but the sunlight was so bright at midday
that I couldn't see the LCD screen on my camera to do a quick check for
exposure. Jim will kill me when he finds out that I am doing quick
reviews, but at that risk, I will tell this little story about Emma.
So, anyway, it's bright, can't see the screen, so I shoot a few hundred
shots of various tigers and Emma and decide that I'll go real quick and
get under the Shear Water, in the shadow and have a look at my LCD. So
I am looking for just a minute when I notice that something is
nearby........it's Emma, looking at my LCD too! Wholly crap, I got my
"wake-up call". Luckily for me this shark is simply amazing and
"gentle". I really have to remember that she is a tiger shark and one
"whale" of a tiger at that. I should never have turned my back and I am
sure that Jim will be calling me in short order to chew me out! BTW,
Emma really likes the tonal histogram display..........

Best always,

Andy

Hi Mark,

I am sure my phone will be ringing as soon as Jim gets off the boat and sees this.....I'll never live it down, but it just shows what a great shark Emma is......Still, she's a shark, a huge shark!

Best always,

Andy

Hi Andy! What in the world are you doing reviewing underwater? You know the rules! How many trips have you been on? I am sure it is at least 15+! On that note though I just got my new waterproof case for my Itouch and am looking forward to showing Emma her sites on here as well as twitter, facebook, my space, sharktaskforce and the net. She is such a great ambassador for sharks everywhere. If I could just get the rest of the world to spend time with her, I am sure she would steal their hearts like she does with us! She had mine 6+ years ago at "Hello"! Looking forward to sharing all the hammers with you! Had three yesterday with five tigers and a dozen bulls! Miss You!

Hey Jim,

I knew I'd get "busted" for this. I just couldn't resist telling people about Emma though. She's so well mannered. Still a tiger shark though...... No more reviewing, I promise! Yeah, 17 trips under my belt. Even after all that, I still can't wait for the next one. See you soon my friend......hammer-time, right!
