Those are most accurate accounts of the sharks I know as well. There was one shark with a hook in her mouth ... Jim can tell you which she is. Kate is another shark with a dent in her side ... left-side as you face her. When you spend a few dives wi…
Hi Jimmy!
For any of you that haven't met Emma, you should consider making the trip to meet her. She is fantastic!! Hearing stories about her are fun but nothing like seeing her face-to-face. Tigers are incredibly beautiful animals, and thanks to J…

Hi Ronda,
I would like to personally welcome you to iDive Sharks, THE fun place for shark divers to hang out on the Internet. I'm looking forward to your input and discussions here and hope your time here will be an enjoyable one.
Please use the Invite feature to tell your shark loving friends too as this App and Network is as much for divers as it is for those who appreciate sharks from the comfort of their office or home!
Feel free to start your own groups, discussions and events. Don't forget to let us know your news by using the status update feature and should you wish to share photo's and video it would be great if you could name the imagery so as to help our younger members with identification. Background stories of the images would offer fantastic talking points.
Above all enjoy, this is a place for you to feel comfortable amidst like minded souls who appreciate the sheer elegance, power and grace that these animals present.
Thanks, and welcome,
Mark Thorpe

Hi Ronda,
Hope you are doing well! Did you join the Emma Posse group here. I was hoping you might share an experience with the group. I know you probably have tons to share! Miss You and Kelly terribly! But at least you know you are in my heart always!
Save the Sharks,
Jim
Hi Ronda,
Thanks for your comments......all the photos have been taken in the southern Red Sea, mainly Brothers and Deadalous reefs. I'm going back on new years eve (fingers crossed we get to see them again).
I guess yourquestion refers to Hayah trip. They are week subsidied by HEPCA Hurghada Environmental Protection and Conservation Association) on liveaboards were we do clean ups. I do at least one a year. I believe if every diver did a clean up dive, the enviromental impact may not be a great thing but, the educational one towards people that lives in not so developed countries that sees us collecting and giving our times to care about the ocean, has a massive value.
Hugs.
Igone
